Adds a plugin to display a binary clock.
Displays hours, minutes and seconds as binary numbers. Works with 24 and 12h format. Each number (hours, minutes seconds) is displayed by up to 6 2x4 pixel rectangles . Where each rectangle represents a bit with value 1.
