Reverts phHartl/eu-judgement-analyse#38 The merge has resulted in huge chunk of additional dependencies, without stating them in requirements.txt. Manual installation fails at spacy2.1.8. When using a PR for a merge, at least wait for feedback before merging to master.

This pull request / revert destroyed Git's version history. When trying to merge analysis into master now, git states it is already on the current state, but analysis.py is missing.
