Description of changes

Fixed a flaky part of the PipelinesPhylogenomicsPageIT#testPageSetup for saving modified pipeline parameters.

Removed maximizing page size
Added scrolling to the modified alert save button
Cleaned up check to see if the modified alert is removed from the page.
