Feature suggestion: Confirm plasmids from assembly graphs #146

Hello,

Thank you for creating Mob-suite.

In my previous issue #126, I found some plasmids that turned out to be incorrectly predicted after examining the assembly graphs. I am wondering if providing assembly graphs as an optional step for sanity check is possible to be added as a new feature.

PS, Also, just wanted to confirm when will the latest version (3.1.5) be available on Conda.
