Mobrecon revamp #43

This update addresses some small bugs in the code and removes the dependency for circlator to improve the compatibility of the software on different platforms. I have added a self blast overlap detection function to replace the functionality.

That is amazing work. That is great that finally we are able to remove circlator dependency and make it easier to install. I will take a look today and tomorrow to see if I can see any potential issues and then we can release a new release (e.g. 2.1.0)?
