Disable posting to slack #67

I missed the ability to disable posting to Slack that was introduced in 6ec4bbe in response to #35. This PR brings it back, by letting a user set :slackistrano to false.

@r3trofitted well despite the fact I pasted the completely wrong URL you figured out what I'd meant to say anyway. Heh. Will review shortly.
