Outlook 2010 freezes, even when it's excluded #12

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Exclude outlook.exe
2. Open Outlook 2010
3. Interact with Outlook for a bit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Outlook should operate normally. It would be nice if it worked without
excluding it, but it still freezes even when I exclude it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Outlook 2010 (64 bit version), Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Blocking MacType for attempting to manage 64 bit processes seems to have
"fixed" this. Hopefully the issue gets resolved in the future.

Weird, I use Outlook 2010 at home and work with MacType and haven't seen this
issue.

I too use Outlook 2010 but the 32 bit and it works fine. Perhaps related to
the 64-bit?
