Image transparency with GME imagery loaded in Maps API from the MapDataLayer control #30

Can we please add the ability to toggle the image opacity/transparency when we 
load GME stored images into a Maps API application?  

Either set the opacity in GME or update the MapDataLayer control to toggle this.
