Integrations with ROpenSci's `srr` #212

I'm still learning about @mpadge's srr, but I think there might be some opportunities for metrics here. Perhaps to measure the adherence to statistical development best practices and documented reference implementations.

Perhaps as we start to see srr being adopted in new packages we might have a more tangible example of what metrics are important and we can start to think about how to surface those through riskmetric.

That's definitely true - it will be a slow process, with sufficient information likely not gained for at least a year or so. The one metric srr leads to for us is the badging grade, which can definitely used as soon as packages are through. One way to view srr is as a system against which to apply these graded badges which serve as our primary "metric" of the system.
