Launcher cannot launch Pharo-4.0 image

Describe the bug No VM to launche a pharo 4 image

To Reproduce

1. get a pharo 4 image
2. import it in launcher
3. try to launch it

Expected behavior

• download the right VM (latest stable pharo6 spur image seems to work)
• launch the image
