Added possibility to download some of the found subtitles for a release. Previously, you could only download one or all.
Generic way to handle user input. Now it also works for CLI version.

Added possibility to always select/approve provider mappings. This way, you are sure that the correct mapping is being used. If this option is deselected, the user will not be prompted anymore when only one result is found (which will be selected automatically). This option is disabled by default.
