Deploy version 1.2.0 #88

Version 1.2.0 of states-of-matter (SOM) - the "parent sim" of Atomic Interactions (AI) - was just deployed. The main purpose of that release was to add phet-io functionality, but there were also a number of bug fixes and other changes. AI 1.2.0 should be deployed using the same code as SOM so that it also picks up the recent updates and so that we keep it "in sync" with its sibling sims.

Marking as deferred until work on the next maintenance release of SOM begins, which is currently slated for early October 2020.

I just verified with @arouinfar and @kathy-phet over Slack that we are only planning to publish the phet brand for this sim, since there hasn't been any specific phet-io design work for this sim (other than that which was done for "States of Matter").

Publication complete, and I've just verified that it's live on the main PhET site. Closing.
