Make sure spaces/projects are refreshed when you make changes #248

@terracoda mentioned that the list of projects and spaces don't update when you create a new one. The page had to be refrehsed to see it. Ill take a look.

Noting cases I have tested.

When you create a new project, it correctly switches to the project and the new project can be found in the list of "Projects".
When you delete a project, Creator is cleared and the project is removed from the list.
When you copy a project from one space to another (or to the same space) it does NOT appear in the projects list. Ill work on this.
When you create a new space, it appears right away in the spaces select.

The broken case identified above was fixed. @terracoda if you notice other cases like this please let me know. Closing.
