Add metadata for existing prototypes #177

We need to add subject, grade level, and a11y feature data to the existing prototypes before publication of phetsims/website-meteor#409. It looks like this will be part of the prototype checklist moving forward, but it wasn't when these prototypes were published.

I did this not long after https://github.com/phetsims/website-meteor/issues/409 wrapped up, closing.
