CODAP Wrapper: Projectile Sampling Distributions #328

@catherinecarter @samreid and I discussed the possibility of building a separate wrapper for Projectile Sampling Distributions. We would like to pursue a discussion about how the learning goals of the PSD sim could be leveraged by a separate CODAP integration. This could be done by building another version of the PDL wrapper with a different setup for streaming data, but we also want to be careful about duplicating lots of wrapper code that would need to be maintained in parallel.

Note: The wrappers are currently developed in HTML and JS, not TS. We are not aware of a way to share code between wrappers, but could consider making one if this would improve cost.

The PSD sampling wrapper has been designed and built. Doing some remaining work on the info panel, but let's track that elsewhere. This issue can be closed.
