Youtube is playing hardly 480p videos. If I can provide some stuff to help please, feel free to ask me.
Youtube doesn't care about DRMs.
Use Newpipe to force resolution and see if you can watch smoothly 1080p content On DRM Info, did you scroll all the way down on your screenshot?

It is way better on Newpipe where I can watch up to 720p (not 60 fps). As for DRM info I scrolled all the way down. I tried another app that shows DRM info : https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2022/15/7/1650223149-20220417-211835336.jpeg
I lost DRM and maybe hardware acceleration.
