setColor action doesn't apply brightness #47

If you call the setColor action on a led-light device (Milight), it will apply that colour at full brightness instead of it's current brightness value.

Just tried it with Hyperion which works fine, so it might be limited to just the Milight protocol (maybe others too, but I only have Milight and Hyperion to test with).

It also applies to the webinterface: Setting a new color will set it at max brightness.
