Recreate Phlask blog #35

A blog should be created similar to the one at https://phlask.me/blog/

Concerns: -Would like to be able to maintain consistent styling vs what is on the current site

A possible option is to generate it as a static site using GatsbyJS: https://www.gatsbyjs.org/
