UX fixes/improvements web landing #156

This PR aims to address some UX issues of our web landing page, as well as updating versions shown on the landing page. Addresses #83 #82 and #84. It clarifies role of buttons and adds direct link to tours.

Tested on minikube to show a reasonable rendering.
