Windows 10 Build failure - CertUtil File not found #628

All our Windows 10 app builds are failing with the error 'CertUtil: -importPFX command FAILED: 0x80070002 (WIN32: 2 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)'. This has been occurring intermittently for months according to the support forum but now no amount of retries will get these Windows 10 build through (in past days retries of the same package would eventually work). Bottom line, the Windows 10 build service for us is off-line. Can you look into this. Our App ID is 304700. There are many other people affected, according to the PhoneGap Build support forums. Thanks

If you visit the Adobe PhoneGap Build forums you'll see a large number of increasingly frustrated people have this issue. Windows 10 build are completely off-line for these people (and us). Please do something about this - the whole viability of PhoneGap Build is put in doubt by this sort of long running outage.
