Description

Add auto-discovery to the Mobile App. The feature may be restricted to certain mobile and desktop platforms, but the experience should be consistent regardless of the mechanisms underneath.
Continue to address any connection issues that users are experiencing. For example, iOS has experienced a few 404 responses on its first request, followed by a successful 200.

POC for andorid

Working on Android / iOS using OS X. Cannot get it working on Windows without third-party software. Additionally, multi-cast npm module does not compile on Windows.
