Similar to php-actions/composer#8 - this is necessary to prevent issues like https://github.com/PhpGt/WebEngine/runs/1170429210?check_suite_focus=true

Configuration is now possible by using php-build repository, which is in the master branch of this repo. v2 release being made later today.
