Tidy up the population of the Nuclide::decay member #10

The population of the member Nuclide::decay needs to be looked at, and tidied up, particularly in relation to isotopes that have different values/possibilities

The format of the decay mode is more complicated than I thought. See Section 2.5 of the 2016 paper - 10.1088/1674-1137/41/3/030001
