updated phpmetrics.phar file, so we can get those nice relations map, evaluation, and so on :)

IMPORTANT I've tested the new jar plugin on my machine, but unfortunately it doesn't work properly.

I haven't enough java skills to find and debug what is going on. But I sincerely expect that this pull request motivates you in order to make it work.
