The next renderer should provide a coverage print.

New version 0.2.3 still have some missing nodes in reports but handle include/extend, and works PHPUnit from 5 to 7, and with Symfony/Laravel apps. To be improved gradualy, but it can be yet used to get a coverage overview and find out main lacks.
