Suggestion for Timed execution #974

OGCS Version: v2.8.0.0 Installed or Portable: Installed

Problem Description
\Settings syncing ("When") only allows period setting - I would like to run OGCS just once per day at a specific time but there is no way to configure that, other than by hit and miss (24 hour period, but from what start?)

Please include a Time to schedule the syncing to start at.

Alternatively, I have to leave OGCS running in the background in order for the internal scheduler to take effect. I would rather not have it running once my sync is completed. The Windows Task Scheduler could be configured to kick off OGCS at my desired sync time, but it would remain open again. Can there be a way to kick OGCS off, let it sync, then close down?

I wouldn't recommend not having OGCS running in the background, as this is needed to capture copy-and-paste events for calendars, that otherwise can cause problems.

However, I will log the idea for setting specific sync times, instead of only intervals.
