Corrects relationship hierarchy for OpenBioDiv terms #43

These changes should bring the subproperty and subclass relationships of OpenBioDiv-O terms into consistency with the OpenBioDiv publication (http://dx.doi.org/10.1186/s13326-017-0174-5), specifically for TaxonomicName, TaxonomicConcept, ScientificName, and the related object properties. (Note that OpenBioDiv uses DWC for data properties)
