requirement.txt in MANIFEST.IN #14

Hi, in my attempts to get this on Conda-forge I'm still running into MANIFEST.IN related issues. It seems that the requirement.txt file is not packaged into the source code on PyPI. Should it be possible to fix this? Thanks!
