Thank you for reaching out to support! I'm sorry that you encortered this issue with not being able to connect to your personal cloud would you mind sending me a bit more information.
My email is mark@pieces.app. please feel free to send the information over there, but first thing I will need to debug futher is the email that you used to sign in. Apart from that we can carry on the conversation over email.
Finally, I will post the resolution here when @tombinga is back up and running!

This is also effecting my account as well. Same exact issue. (Exception of, mine's never been in a connected state)
Hi @TSCarterJr @tombinga - Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. There was a little bug in the connection flow that has now been resolved and will be included in a patch release early next week 👍🏼

Personal Cloud fails to connect with a Status: Failed error message. Selecting "Retry connection" doesn't seem to do anything.
It's been in a "Connected" state since I started using Pieces. Lately, I haven't been able to generate shareable links from within the desktop app, so I disconnected my Personal Cloud in hopes of that when I reconnected it would work again. Well, now I can't connect.
