Add jenkins build

Not sure where to stand this up. But worth looking into. Be cool to get desktop, android, and ios builds triggered with every commit.

You cant create the IPA on anything other then a MAC. Kind of a pain (Usual Apple). I have it working for desktop/Android though:

I can add the signing process to our apk and a push to the beta channel in a downstream build and close this story. Probably look at it again on Monday
