Open problem: The root for image file paths in markdown cells do seems to be the repo root in VSCode, so they currently do not work there.

Also, this PR obviously removes pre-created plots and print output. I'm open to keep the dual structure (botd py and ipynb) to get the best of both options. We could even create a Github action to create them from the python files.
