Support for popular build/package management tools to check license types for given package/license names

Although we do support the most universal external format (--external-format csv), some tools are still not supported:

• Scala's sbt-license-report plugin (HTML/Markdown)
• Java's Maven License Plugin
• Golang's go-licenses
• ...
