[Feature]: Sorting configurations #826

Feature description

Follow up to https://github.com/pimcore/data-hub/pull/815

It should be possible to sort data-hub configurations in the front-end:

Alphabetically asc/desc
By Type (data-hub plugin type, e.g. webhooks, data-importer, ..)
Sort folders first. If activated sort folders first, then data-hub configurations. Otherwise sort folders and configurations together
