Update definitions #533

Saved all classes/fieldcollections/objectbricks to update wrong data types (for example index should be boolean) und remove legacy attributes (for example previewUrl, generateTypeDeclarations)

We must wait for https://github.com/pimcore/ecommerce-framework-bundle/pull/119 and https://github.com/pimcore/customer-data-framework/pull/494 After that I can generate correct definitions
