Update __init__.py #12

Code added to allow operation of the poke button while on USB power.

My PR https://github.com/pimoroni/enviro/issues/24 isn't relevant to this. Poke works fine when attached to USB power source. My board does not work at all (just solid red LED) when connected to JST-PH power source. The board does not appear to wake up and nothing is written to log.txt

Thanks! There have been a lot of other changes that mean this should no longer be an issue. To avoid excess power use we only connect to WiFi when needed.
