Add Luftdaten (sensor.community) endpoint for Urban #23

I had some (old) Enviro code posting data into sensor.community if that helps with this: https://gist.github.com/helgibbons/725710e28ab6523379092303f1834a70

I did notice that the particulate readings were higher from the Enviro Urban than from the Enviro+ HAT on the other side of the house (could be a difference between the PM5003 and the PMSA003I sensors!), so we might need to consider looking at calibration (or applying some averaging) if we're going to make sensor.community available as an endpoint.
