In Schematic.png the fan pin 1 and 2 must be switched. Pin 1 is GND and pin 2 must be connected to 12V. In Fritzing.png it is OK.

Fritzing,png and the schematic were created with the same fritzing file. It seems that the autor of the component switched the pin assignment. So I can't fix this without changing the component.

However: Please always check the wiring of your fan. Most fans use the order GND, Vcc, Tacho signal, PWM. But there may be fans wired in a different order.
