[docs] Update docs of ECS and Lambda

What this PR does / why we need it:

Since some features(PlanPreview, LiveState, DriftDetection) are merged for ECS & Lambda, I updated the docs as below.

• feature-status.md
  • Update the feature statuses of PlanPreview, LiveState, and DriftDetection
  • Add note that some of the above features are not yet available for ECS standalone tasks
• required-permissions.md
  • Add required permissions for the above features
    • cf. ECS: added by #4979,
    • cf. Lambda: added by #5143
