Exported SCORM Module.
Added index.js
Added how to use in the ReadMe.

Please note if you decided to merge this, to change the link in readme to point to the correct repo path, or it will better to publish to npm.

FYI I have added module support, though I did not add index.js or export scorm (still exports pipwerks for backwards compatibility purposes. The updated file works as a drop-in replacement for the old one. Sorry for sitting on it for so long, thanks for the contribution.
