Plan out aggregator work

If you want an aggregator, we can do that.

Things to start thinking about:

    * bundling with venus
    * management of venus configuration
    * manage feed list internally or delegated?
    * venus config can maintain subscription list internally or use
local/remote: OPML, FOAF, or CSV 

We'll keep the layout for the time being, but think about the features you
want. Is it important to be able to delicious something? To send someone a
link? To move between unread items with ?

Create a new milestone with some detail and add tickets. If we separate out
the code we should be able to work separately on different aspects - i.e. I
could do XMPP stuff whilst you're doing desktop aggregator stuff.
