Q9M2D9 (MYB17_ARATH; gene MYB17) is named "Transcription factor MYB41". Both the identifier and gene indicate the name should be "Transcription factor MYB17". There is an existing entry (Q9M0J5 MYB41_ARATH gene MYB41) that is also named "Transcription factor MYB41" but that one is consistent between the identifier and gene.

The paper cited for the name also says it is MYB17.
