[Site] Hovering Should Display some Information #194

I imagine some people could land on this page who are unaware of Bohairic as a dialect.

TODO:

  1. Hovering over email should spell out your email.
  2. Hovering over a dialect code should spell out what it means.

Information about the dialects, and the spelled out email, are now included in the help panel; which is viewable by clicking ?. I am satisfied with the current solution, there is no need for this. Maybe we should include a hint message that shows up in 100% of cases saying: Hint: press ?
