bump `middleman-syntax` and `rogue` to latest version #128

The syntax highlighting provided by middleman-syntax and rogue currently lacks advance support for YAML.

The newer versions will make it look more pretty.

We are unable to do bundle update.

This requires that the version locked in the bookbinder gemspec be bumped.

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.
