The Stemcell Release Notes link on this page: https://docs.pivotal.io/pivotalcf/2-6/pcf-release-notes/ sends me to a 2.7 stemcell release notes page which requires a login to view. Seems like it should actually point to https://docs.pivotal.io/pivotalcf/2-6/stemcells/index.html
