Documentation about backup and postgresql is mising #75

@dansup closed Issue https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/issues/2925 and said, i can configure it in backup.php.

But there is no small piece of information about to configure backup and backup postgresql-databse.

Please add how to configure backup to documentation

Almost two years after, I found your request.

Here's how I managed to do it :

Edit file config/backup.php like this :

(basically, replace mysql by pgsql in the file)
