External URL within comments from Mastodon are broken #2970

Given example:

Pixelfed post: https://pixelfed.social/p/Baempaieo/352847987196874154
Mastodon comment to the aforementioned post: https://ieji.de/@austin/107091636892799432

Clicking the link on Pixelfed goes to https://pixelfed.social/i/redirect?url=iptc.org%2Fnews%2Fwhat-does-facebo

Two possible issues:

On Mastodon, the URL is shortened on display. Pixelfed seems to pick it up the shortened one from the displayed content instead of the original one
https://pixelfed.social/i/redirect is 404

The bug is still reproducible, I don't think it should be closed.
