YgoMaster Client displays an error popup and does not start. #332

I used YgoMaster v1.35 in the past, but when I updated to v1.42, a window opened and nothing happened after that.

LoadDotNet failed with 0x80131534

YgoMaster.exe is stuck at Initialized.

I have tried the following.

Reinstalling Master Duel Reinstalling .NET Framework Using the .NET Framework Repair Tool

I'm translate this, so the sentences may be strange, so please forgive me.

Unfortunately I can't help. 0x80131534 is apparently COR_E_TYPEINITIALIZATION which would require debugging to diagnose. As I can't reproduce it I'm unable to help.
