Seeing similar in pop-up response. Fresh browser cleared cache Mosquito was 10- 12 seconds before IRWIN came up one time this morning. Then I refreshed and I clicked with a 1 sec delay between ea for ten clicks on IRWIN, then 1 evac poly, and another before the IRWIN pop-up showed. Then I zoomed out a tad and the evac layer dropped out.
