They need review and integration, probably into a disease_rebalanced branch. I presume they're based off a vanilla 4e checkout.

v6 is now merged into unified

glad to have contributed. I hate to see features brought on only to be disabled. My changes were pretty ground breaking (as in changed a lot of the factors that bring diseases about, but fundamentally, the diseases still operate the same once a dwarf has it.
