Update Chinese translations: Added Traditional Chinese

Hi team,

I've made some updates to the Chinese translations in this pull request:

Renamed the original zh.json file to zhhans.json to follow the naming convention for Simplified Chinese.
Edited the language label in zhhans.json to 简体中文.
Made a small adjustment to the translation in Simplified Chinese to retain the original term 'tea store.'
Added the translation of Traditional Chinese in zhhant.json.

Please review and merge these changes as necessary.
